Returns

We want you to love your MoLight gear! If something isn't right with it, let us know, and we will work to make it right for you.

Returns:

  • Accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be new, unused, and complete with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Opened, used, or missing-component items may incur a minimum 10% restocking fee or be ineligible for return.
  • Consumables (like batteries, tubes, bulbs, gels, diffusers) are not returnable if opened or used.
  • Clearance, open-box, and special-order items are final sale.

How to Start a Return:

Email orders@gomolight.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions. Returns without an RA cannot be accepted.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away—we’ll replace, repair, or refund it quickly.

Warranty vs. Return:

This policy covers returns for new purchases. For repairs or warranty claims, please see our Warranty Policy (two-year warranty on flashes 100 Ws and up, one year on all others).
