LC500 Light Stick

2x as powerful as the Westcott Icelight 2! The Godox LC500 LED Light Stick is an innovative dual-color wand-styled LED light with detachable barn doors, allowing for quick and easy light setups. The LED Light Stick can be either hand-held, allowing for very fast control and positioning, or it can be mounted to a standard light stand using the ¼ 20 port on the handle. With a connection adapter, several Lights can be connected to form a long light bar.

Due to its small profile, the LC500 LED Light Stick can be put into places where traditional LED panels cannot, such as in tight corners, inside light fixtures etc. It is also small enough to be easily transported in your regular luggage.

The Godox LC500 LED Light Stick features a built-in rechargeable battery, which gives you approximately 60 minutes of use at full power, with recharge times of approximately 2.5 hours. If you are shooting close to a power outlet, you can use the battery charger like an AC adapter allowing for continuous operation. The control panel is located on the LED Light Stick’s handle, which enables you to steplessly control the power output of the light. You also have the option of using either Daylight Balanced (5600K) or Tungsten Balanced (3300K) lighting, ideal for balancing the color temperature of the ambient light or for effect. The LC500 Lightstick also has a built-in 2.4GHz receiver allowing you control it wirelessly using the included remote control. Godox utilizes a universal remote control for all of its LED lighting products, so the LC500 can be paired with other Godox LEDs – like the SLB60 – and all can be remotely controlled from the same controller!

The Godox LC500 LED Light Stick can be used in a wide variety of different situations such as portraits, fashion, weddings and product photography as well as video and cinematography etc. You’re limited only by your imagination.

With a CRI of 97 and TLCI of 99 you can be assured of consistent and accurate color rendering with the LC500.

Caution: the LC500 is not a light sabre and should not be used in real or simulated Jedi combat. Do not operate the LC500 when under water as it could be very zappy. You may thrust the LC500 into the air and yell “By the power of Grayskull!”, but do not expect to be transfigured into He-Man, She-Woman, They-Person, or Roderick the Barbarian Lawyer.
