We can repair many issues that can crop up, from internal board replacements to exterior damage. Please submit a repair request, add the repair to your shopping cart and checkout, then ship your flash to us. An initial payment of $50 is required. We will provide an estimate if it is something that we can fix. The balance of the repair cost will be sent as an invoice upon completion of the repair, and the repaired product will be shipped once final payment has been received. If for any reason the unit cannot be repaired or the service is cancelled by the customer after repair has begun, all payment less a $30 diagnostic/labor fee and the cost of return shipping will be returned.
Shipping: You cover the cost of shipping your flash to us. Pack it safely and securely, and ship only the flash; do not ship the flash tube, head, battery, or any other accessories. A $9.95 shipping cost to cover return shipping for your flash is added when you checkout.
